Is technology a future replacement for human talent? This is one question that we might have asked ourselves at some point while being overwhelmed by new technology developments.

Nowadays, companies have discovered opportunities to boost their profit, and guess what? They continue to choose human talent as their key element.

With the arrival of smart technology to our house, comes the urge to be useful and take advantage of it. At the end of the day, it was developed to simplify tasks while allowing more time to focus on more important ones.

Companies are looking to hire the best talent outside and with technology as advanced as it is now, it’s possible to not only hire the best but to keep an active workflow through different channels like Zoom, Skype, Slack, and Monday (among others). This makes it easier to stay connected with quality talent located in different countries around the world.

Although technology helps keep an active communication and track progress, there's a level of expertise remote workers (also referred to as Virtual Assistants) should have to obtain their ideal position like being autonomous, detail-oriented, proactive, and have an overall good time management to achieve objectives according to their deadlines.

Lastly, companies now more than ever have a strong desire for a VA to become their trusted right hand, someone who can innovate and although working remotely, can make their presence known through results.
