Jump on a call with our CEO and Founder. You'll be able to tell us about your company and its staffing needs, learn about our solutions, and clarify any concerns or questions.

After the initial meeting, we just need written confirmation and your job description. Once we have clarity on what you’re looking for and the type of structure you want to use, we’ll start the recruitment process.

Our team of experts will start the search for candidates that fit your requirements. All these candidates undergo a strict vetting process like no other until you choose your new superstar.

Management & Improvement 4
All the employees go through onboarding and receive optional monthly learning and social activities to keep them at the top of their game. Our team will check in with you regularly to ensure everything is going well.
